Photorealism vs. Hyperrealism

Today we are going to talk about differences between Hyperrealism and Photorealism, where there isn’t enough clarity yet. We could better understand it, using two examples of the same author. The artist is José Luis Corella, talented Spanish painter.
Pictures below explain very well what I mean.

Quest’oggi parleremo della differenza tra Iperrealismo e Fotorealismo su cui ancora troppo spesso si fa una gran confusione. Per meglio intenderci, useremo come esempio due opere dello stesso autore che si cimenta in entrambi gli stili. L’artista è José Luis Corella, abile pittore spagnolo.

The first picture is a true example of Photorealism, where an ordinary photographic snapshot is represented, without any ingenious element.
